"I have an awesome experience every time. Everyone is always so kind and patient they make you feel like you’re at home. Ally one of the Assistants there is phenomenal and is a pleasure to be around, they’re all great though definitely recommend for your braces needs:)I had an appointment today and, as mentioned in my previous review, everything went well overall. Unfortunately, the assistant Kate had a very cocky attitude and came across as rude. I’m not usually bothered by interactions like this, but her demeanor was off-putting. I hope her attitude improves going forward, as it affected an otherwise good experience."
"Today, I saw Dr. Hope for my appointment. Dr. Hope is fantastic! She communicates terms and procedures in a confident manner. Dr. Hope also makes sure the appointment notes are documented and correct with the tech assisting her before the patient leaves the office, insuring both the patient and the doctor are on the same page with the treatment plan. Highly recommend!!"
"I went in for braces and they explained the process to me really well. They even have an emergency line for after hours and were very helpful throughout my plan. I have had braces for 19 months and was very satisfied with the results. I hope I don't have to visit, but if I do I know it will be a great experience!"
"After giving them 3 stars primarily for the way the billing department handled payments ( or late there of) Mimi reached out to me. After explaining what the issue was she went the extra mile to try set things right. She contacted the billing department and my hma to try to figure things out. Its not settled yet but the way the Dr's, assistants and Mimi have treated us they get their 5 stars. I just hope on the next round we can get the billing strait from the start."
